Light Color Pattern Meaning What to do
Status light Green Flashing On the Zebra GK420d, a flashing green status light means normal operation while the printer is receiving data. No fix is needed if the printer completes the print job normally.
Status light Red Flashing On the Zebra GK420d, a flashing red status light means the printer is stopped because media is out or the printhead is open. Load media and make sure the printhead is closed.
Status light Red, amber, and green Flashing red, amber, green On the Zebra GK420d, flashing red, amber, and green means memory defragmentation is running, and Zebra warns not to reset or turn off power. Do not reset or power off the printer while this pattern is shown.
