Blink Sync Module Light Guide
Use this page to compare known light colors, blinking patterns, meanings, and fixes for the Blink Sync Module.
Quick reminder: This is a model-specific guide. Do not use it for a different model unless the manufacturer says the light codes are shared.
Light status table
| Light | Color | Pattern | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sync Module LED | Red | Solid | On a Blink Sync Module, a solid red LED during setup means it cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network or the Wi-Fi password may be incorrect. | Verify Wi-Fi name, password, router status, and signal strength, then retry setup. |
| Sync Module LEDs | Solid blue and blinking green | Solid blue with blinking green | On a Blink Sync Module, solid blue with blinking green means the module has fallen offline and is trying to reconnect to the previous Wi-Fi network. | Check Wi-Fi, power, and router status, then reconnect the Sync Module if it does not come back online. |
Before replacing parts
Check the exact light name, color, and blinking pattern. Many devices use similar lights for very different states, such as setup mode, firmware updates, charging, connection attempts, paper jams, or failed pairing.
