Light Color Pattern Meaning What to do
Sync Module LED Red Solid On a Blink Sync Module, a solid red LED during setup means it cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network or the Wi-Fi password may be incorrect. Verify Wi-Fi name, password, router status, and signal strength, then retry setup.
Sync Module LEDs Solid blue and blinking green Solid blue with blinking green On a Blink Sync Module, solid blue with blinking green means the module has fallen offline and is trying to reconnect to the previous Wi-Fi network. Check Wi-Fi, power, and router status, then reconnect the Sync Module if it does not come back online.

Check the exact light name, color, and blinking pattern. Many devices use similar lights for very different states, such as setup mode, firmware updates, charging, connection attempts, paper jams, or failed pairing.
